Multi-Specialty HealthCare (MSHC) is happy to announce that the practice has registered over 100 firms onto its Attorney Portal. MSHC’s Attorney Portal provides attorneys with seamless and immediate access to all necessary medical documentation for each of their Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases.

The 100th firm to register with MSHC’s Attorney Portal is Ashcraft & Gerel (pictured). Legal Assistant, Michael Eastep from Ashcraft & Gerel expressed his thoughts on the Portal, “"I love the instant access to medical records, the ability to be notified via email when records are ready, and that we are reducing our carbon footprint! The Portal enables our staff to function more efficiently and in a more organized manner-- allowing us to provide more individual attention to our clients--for which Ashcraft & Gerel is known."

The Portal is constantly being updated to better serve its users. One feature added was a Case Manager Function, which enables specific clients to be linked with individual users for easier follow-up and alert options. The most recent addition is the E-mail Notification option which enables the users to get notified if their clients missed appointments, recently have been discharged, and/or when new medical reports are available online.

Among the latest users to sign onto the Attorney Portal were a few other satisfied firms, including Saiontz and Kirk, Matt M. Paavola, P. Paul Cocoros, Rensin and Rosenstein and Yost Legal Group. P.Paul Cocoros’ firm has gone completely paperless with MSHC’s Attorney Portal and Karen Kane of the firm commented on her experience, “I have nothing but great things to say about the Attorney Portal. It has made my job so much easier. I have everything I need at my fingertips, plus responses to any problems I have are given within 15 minutes! I love this tool because we have now gone paperless and can get everything I need directly through the Portal!”

Other great features that make the Portal stand out is its access to ALL medical reports, such as out of work slips and any other “outside” medical records (e.g. ER records) for FREE, which is sometimes a cost for attorneys. Along with this, detailed statements are available including “charges only” statements to be used for courtroom purposes.

MSHC’s CTO, Michael Erway comments on the success of the Attorney Portal, “Because of the Portal’s popularity, we had to prepare more MSHC staff members to do attorney portal trainings. Our future goal for the portal is to continue to improve by adding proper features and functionalities to keep our current and future users satisfied.”
